Hello to all my clients, friends and family. This weekend I am writing to you from Rancho Mirage, California where I am relaxing and taking time with my family. I have written a few blogs about the importance of family time and how it is key to inner peace and relaxation. Mainly I am writing to say, don't forget to take time with your loved ones. This weekend worked out well because my husband, who recently began to run more professionally, had a 10k run out this way and we were able to combine leisure and sports as a family. Doesn't hurt that we are spending the weekend at a fabulous resort (at a reasonable price...of course). So in my absence my wonderful Cielo Spa Staff is handling the needs of my clients this weekend, cheers to all. -Roxy.
